All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Store Credit Policy
- Store credit may be issued only in extreme circumstances, such as if your item arrives damaged or defective.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Store credit will be issued for the original purchase amount (excluding shipping fees).
- Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- All products, including sale items and personalized/custom products, are final sale.
- Gift cards and digital products cannot be returned or refunded.
Shipping Policy
- We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
- Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
- United States: Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days after processing.
- Canada: Estimated delivery in 7–14 business days after processing.
- Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
- Canadian customers are responsible for duties, customs fees, or taxes.
